The Eyo masquerades are robed from head to toe in white flowing cloth and they wear a hat (akete) that bears the colour and shield of the Iga (palace) from which he comes.
The Eyo festival showcases the rich culture of the Eko people and promotes the culture and traditions of Yoruba.
